What happens after you send this
- Your details reach our team. They go to the Brokers99 admin team, through the same system that handles every rental on this site. If your number is already with a broker, it goes to that broker.
- Our team checks it before it goes up. Every posting made from this page is reviewed first, so it is not on 99Lease the moment you submit. Photos you add go up with it, once they have been checked too.
- Our team calls you. The final rent, deposit and terms are settled on that call, and the listing is corrected or taken down if anything is wrong.
No payment is taken on this page. One mobile number can list up to three properties a day. If you would rather have an account first, you can sign up as a landlord.
